When summer begin in Milan?simply,when african high pressure reach the country and most part of Europe.The temperature go fast toward 95F some days,the air became very hot,the wind is such as in a desert and the humidity condensation in the air reach sometimes the 80%,so you can feel more warm again as 104F or more.You cant go out during the most part of the day as afternoon if you dont want be strike by an heat stroke.You can see city without traffic,and with few people around as in the pic.
