NEEDLE,THREAD AND KNOT

NEEDLE,THREAD AND KNOT(2000) by CLAES OLDENBURG and COOSJE VAN BRUGGEN located on PIAZZALE CADORNA.Is a public art work in two parts,according to the authors is a metaphore for a train going through a subway tunnel from one part a Needle and on the other a knot.The colors red,green and yellow represents the lines of the milan underground transportation.
