To the ARCHISTAR GIUSEPPE MENGONI (fontanelice,23,nov,1829-milan,30th,dec,1877) died falling off few days before the opening of the GALLERIA VITTORIO EMANUELE II he designed.A plaque was pose on the Duomo side of the gallery to remeber the fact.
